  • If someone tells you to. Whether your doctor recommended losing weight or if someone that you know on a personal level has, you at least take their suggestions into consideration. Don't be upset when someone tells you that you need to lose weight, what you need to remember is that they are not as concerned with your weight as  they are with your health.

You should ask yourself if you are ready, mentally and physically to lose weight. You should be committed in order to succeed in anything. You should also consider if you prefer an exercise program, a diet program or a lifestyle change program. And with these option you should always take consideration about your health. You may have conditions that will not allow you to exercise, or go on a diet, ect.
